I agree! Usually, quality ready-made templates for web sites are already friendly to SEO. As far as I know, the Wordpress templates are especially good. In addition, I read the excellent article about increasing the speed of a web site from https://www.templatemonster.com/blog...-render-speed/ Here is very useful and necessary information for these needs. I recommend!

User friendly website means can be easy to access and gives a good experience.

You can work on your design (color combination, icons etc), page load time, navigation, clear contents like product description, prices, reviews etc, easy payment process.

Responsiveness is another factor effecting a good user experience on mobile devices.

    Hope this will help ..
