URGENT: Web Designer Needed!

I am looking to have a basic 3-5 page website complete by October 5, 2009. I want a similar layout to epik-marketing dot com however the functionality will be much different. For example; when one of the links are click along the top of the page; I want that information to show up on the top-fold of the site rather than the bottom fold.

I have my own logo, web-host & domain name. What cost for the web design am I looking at & having it completed by next week...is that reasonable?

Reasonable? Well, if by "basic" you mean "just HTML and CSS," it might be. I took a look at epik-marketing and it looks simple enough; in fact, the most complex part would be getting the E-mail registration thing set up.
And yes, there is a way to get the links on the bottom with the rest of it on top. I can do that EASY with Visual Web Developer and master pages. Tell me what else you want and I'll tell you if I can do it or not. Do you have videos on YouTube you want to include? You can PM me and we can work out the details.

That design is extremely simple to replicate. Heck, they are using tables you could create the site yourself.

I've been getting offers ranging from $80-$350. The budget I have set for this project is $150-$200 however the $80 project is bid is looking attractive as this client has already provided their portfolio.

I am looking for a design similar to epik-marketing dot com however at this time there will be no video and under the main image I am looking to have 3 separate images that have individual links. The 3 images will stretch from the bottom of the top image to the bottom of the fold of the site. With that said; I am also looking to have the graphic image created for those 3 spots. Very basic images with text headers.

Also, for each link I want the corresponding information to be displayed under the top image with the left side (logo, opt-in box, event box) staying in place. Once the layout of the site is created, I'd like to be able to update the content without affecting the overall layout.
