Been playing around with Twitter

I finished a big client project and wanted to take a creative break. I've been playing with Twitter alot lately, particularly the API, so I decided to put together a mini-site.

Any feedback is appreciated (except on the copy, Im not a copy guy

)

Like the look of your website....Its has a 2.0 look and feel too. The colors are awesome as well. Good job!

The site looks great.

To be honest, I would NEVER put a username and password into a field from a different site I'm not registered to. It's cool that you want to collect emails (like we all do), so it may be better to simply append a tweet message onto the url when to user clicks the submit 'tweet' button.

If there's another reason that you've set it up this way, I'd love to know about it!

The site looks great, but be sure to test having the login area for the visitora above the fold.

Nice design.

I like the color and the clean look of it, plus the use of the timer photo added more creativity in it.

But pardon me, I felt that the dvd ecover on your header is rather misleading and redundant.

Just my 2cents opinion.

@cmaclean - I normally wouldn't enter my username or password into anything either. For some reason it seems to be a pretty standard trend with Twitter apps and services. I added this form as a test to see how many people would use it and many people did.

@millhugz - Maybe I can write up a short tutorial and post it in the forum when I get a bit more time. If I do, I will let you know.

@andi - I have a few things that I want to do with this site. I plan to turn it into a full course and want to re-structure the page layout a bit.

@amelia - I agree about the DVD. I added a note about it not being an actual DVD but I plan to design a paper report image and use that instead.

Thanks to everybody for the comments and compliments. I will post an update once I turn this into a full product.

Very nice looking page - I agree w/ others. It's clean, easy to read, great colors and the copy keeps your interest. One thing though, I would still be hesitant to add my username and password.
