Hi I am trying to figure out how I can setup multiple blogs on my wordpress website. I want to have multiple users putting blogs on my wordpress site but the only page that seems to work with the blog functions is the front page. Is it possible to change some of the static pages into blog pages? How would I go about this? here is the site. Fight Tourist Thanks |

I am not sure what you are attempting to accomplish with the "sub-blogs". Are they different topics, different ideas, by different authors? It might just be easier for you to cread a sub dir on your host, then put a new copy of Wordpress in it, then just build links between the two of them on the menus... You can build Custom Pages that are based on Temlates.. This would allow you to change the look and feel of the page, but then they are not really "blogs", you can change the content of the page by doing a page edit, but they do not do a long list of blogs. I suppose that you could copy the code from the main blog page, drod it into a new custom page and then figur out how to get it to only display posts that are a cetain category..... Will take a bit of code juggling... nothing to crazy heavy, but you will need to go under the hood of Wordpress to do this. Hope that gives you some ideas! Have a Great Day! |

Are you just trying to add Pages? If so you will get in your admin and create new pages. If you are attempting to have different blog titles on the same platform, I don't see that as working. Tell me what you are wanting to accomplish maybe I can help. Rhonda Giarraffa |

Great looking site! Rhonda Giarraffa. I posted that last one before I looked at it. Yeah, this will take some coding to set up. |

I want to set up more blog pages for new authors so I can have multiple blogs running on the site. Currently the only "blog" page is the main page. I cannot add "posts" to other pages. Does this make sense? | |
