i need to make a movies website also need a designer who will design movies19.com

Ahowo,

You might want to be more specific about what you need done Ahowo.

Asking like you did is like coming on to an automotive forum and asking for someone who knows how to build cars and also someone who knows how to drive them.

So generic of a request that you are unlikely to get anybody to answer.

If you want a really good designer to pay attention you will have to spend a bit more time fleshing out the details of what you need including some idea of what you are willing to pay to get the good designer that you desire.

Adding to what carlos123 said, define what is "good" to you. There are several levels of skills available in designing industry. If you want lovely artistic textures with beautiful graphics and solid integration, you will have to pay for the price of course.
