Need Simple design work

I have a website that is now installed on WP I want to change it to normal html site
its a small site with 10 articles. I want to place adsense on top and bottom and each article will be a seperate page. The menu will have links to articles on the site and there should be a sitemap as it is done in the below sites. You can use free templates if you want.
