Arrow how can i add layers using notepad as html editor in website design

how can i introduce layers in my work while using wordprocessors like notepad as editor and how can i make my site accessible over the net?

Layers are just code, like anything else. You just need to understand what you're looking at when you view HTML. If you can't code by hand, then notepad is not for you.

To make your site accessible, reserve a domain name, and then pay for hosting somewhere. Upload your files & your site is accessible.
