Wordpress Sidebar Problem with IE

Warriors,

I've tried just about everything to get my sidebar back to where it suppose to be. I decreased the size of the sidebar, and I've manually gone over the code to see where there is a problem and can't find one. All the other web browsers look good, it's just Internet Explorer.

I like the theme of the website and don't want to change it.

I know the answer is going to be super simple. If someone can help me fix it, let me know how much you would like to be paid to do it.
