Converting PSD webpage file to HTML

Hey Warriors...

Does anyone know how to convert a PSD file to a HTML webpage?

My designer sent me my website's squeeze page in a PSD format, instead of HTML. And when I asked them to code it in HTML for me, they simply asked me to "GO FIGURE".

I ain't got time to start arguing or hurling profanities at them...so I am pleading for any kind soul here to show me the light....

Hi Bryan

You need to ask a coder to deliver that design into HTML+CSS or Wordpress etc etc.

Be prepared to pay 100$ for a quality - read cross browser - work.

You'll need basic photoshop knowledge, and XHTML and CSS knowledge.

People will charge for this, although I do know people (heck, including me) who'll probably only look for around $50 for this (but this depends entirely on the design complexity; could be more, could be less)

There are also many web services such as PSD to HTML, PSD to XHTML | PSD2HTML. You can get a quote on their site immediately.

Part of it you can do it through conversion from PSD to HTMl, but you need some basics in html to know where to find the errors.
It's not very hard, but not very simple too.

That's pretty rude of your designer..

I design PSD layouts myself and try to make it clear that I don't code them. And that they'd need to find a coder for anywhere between $40 - $60.

Maybe he/she should have been more clear on that.

First convert an Adobe Photoshop mockup of a website, into a real live CSS based website.There are basically two steps for this.The first step is Designing the template components and the second step is Coding them into a valid XHTML page.
