Hi,
I think I may be having an issue not getting indexed at all, even when searching for myurl.com in google due to a robots.txt file. I have wordpress selected under privacy options to make my blog public however when entering my www.myurl.com/robots.txt I see the following: User-agent: * Disallow: It seems from doing some searching and reading that this code would be preventing me from being indexed, correct? I have searched my cPanel and server and can't find a way to access it. It seems I should edit it to the following: User-agent: * Allow: / Anyone have any suggestions how to access this file? I have already tried searching for it in file manager in cPanel and on my ftp server. A file is there somewhere! |
