Anyone know how i can change this in wordpress to be followed and indexed?

Is the statement showing up in a theme?

This is a default setting in Wordpress!

You disable it by turning the Privacy setting off at Dashboard->Options->Privacy and choosing
I would like my blog to be visible to everyone including search engines...

Dofollow means the google or other search engine regard it as a link.While, Nofollow means the Google or other search engine consider it as no link.

But I think dofollow and nofollow matters in only google not in any other search engine.

Yes, this is what I have been told.

Nofollow attributes in links are only used by Google when they are considering giving weight to that link in determining SERPs.
