Hi Dan,

The most common cause of add-on domains not working properly, is that they where not setup correctly.

When I click on the link provided, it get sent to http://processed-food/

there is no .COM

I would suggest, deleting the add on and recreating it again, making sure you put in all bits of the URL

I hope this Helps

Bruce

Thanks for the advice Bruce.

I assume I can Back up the structure below the domain, and then add it after i fix the domain?

I have checked the URL in cpanel and it looks to have the .com added.

Dan,

If I could be of some help...

Certainly the (.com) must be inserted when creating an addon domain. I believe you will be prompted if this was not formatted properly.

I must tell you from my experience I have so many addon domains, and every time I create one I run into the same issue where the (www) is not implemented into the url of my site. However, I notice after 24 to 48 hours my url will suddenly come up with the (www). Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe if you give it a day or so the domain will format properly.

Best of luck.
