Is there a WYSIWYG website design software out there that is free or under $20.00.
I want to redo my website and use sitestudio because it comes with my hosting service but find it hard to do anything beyond fill in the blanks. Is anyone familiar with site studio and if so are the other free/low cost options any better?? I have very little HTML knowledge so I need easy and relatively fast to learn. |

You can download Kompozer, a free html editor. just google it to find the download page. You might also want to chec out Chris Farrell's site. He has a whole video tutorial about using Kompozer to build a website. www.chrisfarrellonline.com.

I actually downloaded Komposer but didn't really like it, I guess I should have added I am looking for some templates.
I found netsoft fusion essentials which is free and it seems like it has more than komposer. I also should have mentioned I am doing this for my brick and mortar engraving business and if I can figure it out add some kind of shopping cart and netsoft fusion essentials has that feature in the free version. |

You can check out the version of Komposer that
comes packages with the free Seamonkey suite - a browser/email client/HTML editor combo program that runs fast and trouble-free. The editor is similar to Komposer, but the development teams branched off a few years back I think. In the end they are similar in features. |

I downloaded Nvu yesterday, I haven't installed it yet though, so I can't comment on its qualities. It came recommended as the best free software, but not as good as Dreamweaver. | |
