I've used Swish and KoolMoves (although it's been a long time for both).

Also, if you search on "flash alternatives" at Google, the first link is to a list of programs that can create flash files. I'm new to Warrior Forum, so I can't post links until I reach 15 posts - otherwise, I'd just do that.
