Looking For A Pop Exit Script For A Static HTML Page

Hey All,
I'm putting the final touches on a new site of mine and I'm looking for an exit pop up script that triggers only when someone tries to close the page.

Any information on where I can find or purchase a script like this would be awesome and much appreciated.

A perfect example would be if you go to this site: Affiliate Jump and then try and close the page.

I'm looking to hit them with an opt in box after they try and leave.
