Hello Turboman,
Don't get frustrated. You have to learn lots of new things to do internet marketing. Make google as your friend. Search google for what you want to learn. I am sure you will very good resources for your questions. Youtube is another resource for good videos. For example how to add optin form YouTube - Broadcast Yourself. I hope this helps you. |

I'd also like to know how does a beginner get a website up and running. I've been trying since March to no avail. Now, started with a new venture, scrapped the original, but still don't know about the website design, etc. Are there any warriors that are beginner web designers, that can help with the layout, etc. for a reasonable fee?

Tweety...Go get a 30 demo (or better yet buy) Dreamweaver CS4 and then sign up at Software training online-tutorials for Adobe, Microsoft, Apple & more for a trial
Then you can go through the step by step tutorials for DW CS4 and you will be able to get a website up and running in a few days. You can use the built in templates Dreamweaver has also. It isn't easy, but it isn't rocket science. Good luck. |

If time is a problem and you want to move on to the next project or phase of your project Rent A Coder, O-Desk or Elancer are great places to find good people at a good rate to help you. The big problem with internet marketing is we try and be good at everything and we can't be. Focus on what your good at and stay productive.
Just a thought |

Hi Turboman.
It sounds as though you're ready to set yourself up with a service account such as AWeber.com. They charge $19 per month for the distribution of newsletters an the like from you, to your list of subscribers. They also guide you in eliminating spam (and getting spam accusations!). But with AWeber, you log into your account, and fill in the form you want. In turn, they give you the code to cut and paste onto your website. They instruct you on how and where. Quite easy! Again, that's www(dot)aweber(dot)com John |
