My Uncle Needs A Website!

Before going on, we only require designer/programmers from Australia, preferably Melbourne.
My uncle (Dan) has an import/export business and also does some freight haulage and logistics. He is wanting a site built particularly for exposure and prmotion via the internet. No selling, no ecommerce required.
Requirements are:
Clean/neat/stylish design, installed and ready to go, host setup, easy to update, pages added, optimised for seo, perhaps an optin form.
He has virtually no experience with websites and requires something very very easy to use and update. Mainly he will want to display text, pictures and contact info of course.
