As Topic, I am not a tech person, and I have decided to switch hosting company. Where is a good place I can outsource this task to?

or...

Anyone in Warrior forum would be willing to help me?

Assuming you are offering to pay for this help, I am able to help. Send me a PM if you are interested. Otherwise post questions here and I will attempt to help.

Most hosting companies will transfer sites for new customers.
Where are switching too?

I transfer sites from server to server regularly for clients. I can certainly do the same for you. Contact me (form on my site, if PM here does not work) if you still need assistance in this area. You can outsource the work to me!

Hi Alex

What type of site are you talking about?

Most sites are fairly easy to move and you should be able to do this yourself. If this is NOT an ecommerce site, then using a simple FTP program to download the site to your computer, then uploading to the new host is pretty easy... I like CuteFTP for this type of thing.

If you have a backend database running, this can be a little trickier if you are not familiar at all with hosting accounts and such, but with a little bit of reading you can also pick this up pretty fast.

Let us know exactly what you are attempting to do and I am sure we can either help you or you can hire someone from the list here to get the job done safe and sound.

Have a Great Day!

I wouldn't bother unless you really need to...it's a bit of a pain unless you want to pay someone to do it for you.
