Hi, I can't remember how to prevent, or control this. I have added some text lately to a web page and it looks good when the view is full screen. But, when I reduce the view, or click on the "Restore Down" button (not Minimize) at the upper right of my Windows screen, the text shifts over, overunning other parts of the page. It is the only text that moved, everything else is O.K. I added the text using Dream Weaver CS3...the rest of the page was not done using CS3. I don't know if that has anything to do with it. Anyway, is there some way to stop this...HTML setting or option that I can't remember? Thanks, Andyf |

Hi Andy It sounds like a CSS problem, probably a combination of the text area being specified as a fixed width while the rest of the page is using percentages. Can you post a link so we can look at this? Bill |

Yes, a link will help greatly in assisting with your problem, as we will be able to view the source of the page. As mywebwork has said, it is likely a problem caused by a combination of fixed-width and percentage-based-width elements on your webpage. |
