Rating system

Hi I'm looking to own a blog or website , that can have some kind of rating system , to rate the comments that are posted , such that bad comments go to the bottom of the blog and good comments to the top, does anyone have any ideas ?

you should check out wordpress and intensedebate plugin " extra goodies like user profile information, reputation, threaded comments, comment voting, RSS feeds for everything, and more!" its a really great if not the best IMO comment system

If you are looking at having a script made. I have a friend that designed the php script for me that I use on one of my sites.

yes i would most deff go with wordpress, they have all the plugins you will ever need and wont need anything custom made.
