Anyone know where to buy some good static and flash ad banners?

Are there any good places that deliver value for money?

Well GraphicRiver has some pretty sweet looking image ad banners for sale.
I bought a pack a while back and really cant complain, for something that's made to be universal and easily editable it was good.
