Default How to put RSS into HTML Sites so its easy for bots to read?

I am wondering if anyone can help me with these 2 questions:

1. How do I put an RSS feed in my HTML website?

2. How do I do this so that it is search engine friendly? No javascript or any other language the SE's have trouble reading.

Thank You for your help

Jared

Are you wanting to convert your html pages into an rss feed to submit elsewhere, or are you wanting to display somebody else's feed on your html pages?
