Except for the initial reaction, I thought it had a good layout.

It looks a lot like a regular blog. Though I would have preferred the side bar to be a tad bit slimmer. (But like neckties, that's a matter of taste.)

The initial shock I got was that I thought I was on the wrong blog, what with the bluegrass ad seemingly more prominent than the blog header name and title. I would suggest that you change the placement of that ad. And you might want the header to be more prominent, maybe use a banner gif instead.

The search edit box also disappeared in the dark. I was wondering about the Search button there, not really seeing the outline of the edit box.

But as I said, the overall layout is good.

How do you change the theme of the blogger?
Even the blue navigation bar at the top also
gone. Is it by copy and pasting or do I need to
do it manually?

It looks nice.

there's many site that u can download blogger templates. my fav site http://www.eblogtemplates.com

for nav bar, u can hide or remove it. see this tutorial at Blogger Templates & Tutorials

in my site Wordpress To Blogger, the original theme is for wordpress. i convert it to blogger. thanx for ur comment

i have added star ratings in my blog but the background is still white although i have change the variable and css.

The posts in the left column seem to blend together. I think this is due in part to the lack of contrasting colors and relatively small post titles when copared to the bold text categories. Try setting the area behind the text to white or something lighter and see where that gets you. Other options would be to darken the left column background color or simply switch the post and left column background colors.

I thought the page had a very clean and crisp feel to it. Perhaps needs more regular content added to it. But other than that, I wasn't distracted by the normal flashy adverts found on other blogs.

I loved the fact it didn't look like a blog site. A little hard to navigate though, needs more content on the business side.

How did you get the sign up form on a blog? I have tried on blogger, so far no luck

sorry, i never use google reader, but i think the function is same. google buys feedburner, so .....
