Customized Wordpress Package

I'm looking for an affordable package that includes a Wordpress Blog with customized header with my snapshot.
Any help?

A package of what? Hosting, design etc. or you just want a WP theme that includes a picture of your choosing? The latter is point-and-click simple and can mostly be handled through the WP admin interface, aside from uploading the picture itself.
