Wordpress H1 tag question.

What serves as the wordpress default h1 tag? Is it the "blog title" under settings? And furthermore, using this logic would the "tagline" in the same place be the h2 tag?

    Hey Jason - the answer is... it depends.

    The theme that you use will dictate how the h1, h2, etc. tags are used. It's the theme's template files that pick certain fields our of your WordPress and write them into html.

    In general terms though, most WordPress themes write the Blog Title as H1. The tagline doesn't get a h designation. Each of your post or page titles will get the H2 tag.

    I took a quick peek at your site (justanotherdummy.com) - and your theme is following the above conventions.
