Looking for a web designer/webmaster w/ coding experience

Hello All,

I'm looking for a web designer, who would also consider themselves a webmaster and be familiar with coding. A firm would be fine, too.

I'm on a somewhat tight schedule. This isn't a huge project, but I have consistent work that I would like to send to the right person.

I should also be upfront that I expect a lot, but I'm not unreasonable.
I expect deadlines to be met without excuses.
I expect and will deliver solid communication.
And if you have a sense of humor, you'll be in good company.

I am experienced in HTML, PHP, CGI, Javascript and CSS. I am a freelance web designer and web design consultant with international clients.

I work with my clients over Skype and Yahoo IM but prefer Skype.
