Best website builder for a quick TEMPORARY website

I am going to build a website using wordpress but I need to find instructions and take some time doing that.

For reasons I do not want to get into I need to put up a temporary website that is not submitted to the search engines. I will wait until I get my wordpress website up and then submit that to the search engines.

I was wondering if you think that weebly.com could be useful for building a very temporary website that I could quickly dismantle once I get my wordpress site up and running?

Would there be any problems with my domain name or my host or the search engines if I did the above strategy. I just need to bounce this off of some of you to see what you think.

Thanks for your feedback.

You should know that just because you don't submit your site to the search engines doesn't mean it won't be found by them. In your other post, you said you had a domain that already had PR, etc. That suggests that there is already a site (domains don't earn PR), which means it will be crawled by google & others.

I think you'd be better off to leave whatever existing page is there while you work on your content. Once that's ready, install WordPress and plug in your content.

Aronya is absolutely correct. Weebly sites get lots of google love and can be indexed very quickly. I have had weebly sites indexed within hours after submission.

I use Microsoft front page for this. It is fast for temporary sites.
There are many online tools available too.

I was going to use weebly for a temporary site but after using it and seeing how professional my site looks I think I am going to keep my site with them and use them for more sites in the future. Thanks to the person above who said weebly is loved by google. It was one of my concerns.
