Alright Warriors

I have a very strange question for you.. You know when you create the layout of your website in the photoshop first, so you have rough idea of what it looks like..

Why is it in dreamweaver, the text of some things never look the same as the photoshop one? Even tho I am using the same font, style, etc...

I did say it was a strange one

In photoshop if you want to make the texts the same as what you see in dreamweaver, browser, you have to use one of the generic fonts (arial, times), and set the anti-alaising method to "none"

Photoshop is a graphics application so it renders an image of the font. Like tuang said, if you want to get as close as possible to what your page will look like in a browser, you should set the anti-alias to none.

Remember too that the text will look different according to the browser you view your page in because browsers will render fonts differently as well.
