Need Help With Pixel Size of My Page

Hi Guys....and Gals,

I'm using PPV to advertise and the company I use only allows pop ups to be 750 X 550 pixels.

I want my page to be the same size so that.

1. people see all of the page

2. they don't have to use a scroll bar to see the entire page.

Can't figure out how to do it..........of course I am technically retarded so..

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
