Hello,

Where can I get some basic 3 column website templates for xsitepro2?

Just a small header all the way across with a right panel and a left panel (small panels R & L - just big enough for google adsense).

I would like to be able to choose different color themes and add a title to the header. An optional info bar and a website search bar would be nice too.

While I'm thinking about it, do I need an opt-in form with it or can I install it myself?

Sounds like you're trying to build a "squeeze page." There is a free program out there called kompozer www.kompozer.net It lets you design while creating the HTML code on another page. You then will need the HTML code for your opt-in bar if you're set up with an auto-responder. That should work well for you.
