Seeking Exp. Website builder ! !
I am currently looking for a very experienced website builder with marketing skills as well. I just put up a post the other day on C.L. and have gotten back a few replys, but no one included a rough estimate for me. Ill go ahead here and cut and paste the post so it explains what im looking for and if i can get some opinions on just minimum what it might cost to complete id appreciate it and will consider working with anyone on here if they are interested in the job!
I am currently seeking someone who is very experienced in both developing and marketing a website.
And to be a little more specific, I am wanting a website that will function as a directory(one that will contain content submitted by users, similar to an article directory or Q@A website),
as well as a social network and will offer users the ability to upload pictures, audio, and video!
Seo optimization will be very important since the directory I invision will cover all categories and subcategories(for example ezine or yahoo answers) for users to pick from for posting to or just for entertainment purposes!
Also important is that the website be custom coded with a very easy to use content management system. I don't have any HTML skills and also I feel a custom coded website will be better than a script for security
reasons as well as the unique factor helping with SEO(I've done alot of research on diff. scripts and have talked to alot of people who are internet marketers from the warrior forum etc and the feedback is mostly to
go with custom code). Plus, I have some ideas that I didn't see all in one script!
And last but not least, an Ad management system is going to be extremely important. My goal is to create this website as a free service to both users that come to the site for entertainment or to contribute!
But id like to also ad some features for a fee that are optional. Of course id like to have areas where I can post affiliate banners and text ads. As well as give other advertisers the ability to post there ads wherever they want for a fee.
Really what im looking for is a smart ad management system that is as much hands off for me as possible. A system that tracks where and what visitors look at online and then displays ads from affiliate programs(amazon,ebay,commision junction,clickbank etc)data feeds of products related to there interests as well as ads that match keywords related to the current page that user is on!
I hope I have made sence trying to explain the ad management stuff. Of course I will be looking to you for advise on what will be the best for this type of website.

It is also very important to me that you will work with me and my ideas as if you were my business partner and this also was your website. I need the website to be complete, meaning that you are able to also complete all the content needed as well(since other people will be posting the main content, what im talking about are the areas like About us, Faq, services, guidelines, privacy policy, sitemap, etc etc.
As far as payment goes, obviously paying when when website is completed I can do. However if you offer any other type of options please let me know. for example, if I cant afford the total amount you quote me but you allow me to make payments over an agreed amount of time could be very beneficial for me especially if I feel you would be the best person for the job but cant afford the total price right away.
Also a time scheduled revenue sharing option would be something id be interested in.
After the website is completed, I will probably be interested in a website launch service if you offer such a thing. So, ive explained as much as I can think of at the moment and am very excited to hear back from you! Please reply with information about what all you can offer with samples of your work as well as a rough idea of what it could cost to build my site.
