My WP Editing Toolbar bites

I seem to be missing some features in my Wordpress Editing toolbar.

I don't have any paragragh, font changing, indent, cabability. I'm also missing any select <h1>, <h2>, <h3> features or any other HTML editing functions.

I want an editing toolbar that looks like this (as seen on a training video)






The editing bar I have ONLY has the items in the top row above.

Anyone know how I can fix that?

    You need to click on the "Kitchen Sink" icon - far right of your toolbar.

    Or use "Alt+Shift+Z"
