Need a professional web designer for a video sharing site.

I have a great idea for a video sharing website that will be somewhat based on the same thing as youtube but nowhere near on the same scale. I am in need of a cost effective solution to having this site designed for me in a way that I can easily maintain it on my own.

I need to get more information on what this will take and how much it will cost. Any suggestions?

    It will cost may be up to $6000 because you need a server and you need a good soft ware that can help you to charge HTML codes
