Hey Warriors,

I have a little dilemma that I hope you can help me with. I'm currently in the process of building a lead capture page that I am going to use specifically for promoting affiliate clickbank products.

My question is since these aren't my products and they are someone elses products.... which one of the following pages do I have to build in relation to these following links that I will be putting at the bottom of my page======> Terms| Privacy | Disclaimer | Contact

I know that I Need a privacy page because I will be getting these leads as opt-in promoting clickbank products within my auto-responder, however I can't figure out whether or not I need Terms, Disclaimer & contact link?

I appreciate if anybody can help me out on this one.

Tom

    Hi,

I would have definitely put a disclaimer in, that way, you can have a range of terms in there (e.g. These are other people's products, and their Disclaimer Pages should be referenced before making any purchase etc. as we do not accept liability for the accuracy of any testimonials found on their sites etc. - I don't know, I'm not a lawyer, but I reckon 'Disclaimers' is your best bet, as it can cover a lot more.

Hope this helps, good luck with your site.
