What is HTML RATIO. How can find it.

My best guess is that someone is referring to the amount of actual content on a web page compared to the amount of HTML (or other) code on the page.

As Aronya states, what HTML ratio means is 'content to code ratio'. Meaning how much content is on a page compared to how much code is used to put that content on the page.

A lot of search engines, but not all of them, are using a content to code ratio to calculate the relevancy of a web page in order to rank it properly. So, using a higher content to code ratio should help your rankings on the search engines that use it.

Here is a link to check yours.

      Hope that helps.
