Looking to create a website for you - for FREE

Hey everybody, I'm looking to create a site for someone for free. Why am I doing this free? Well it's simple. I'm just starting out and I would like to build up my portfolio/possible recommendations. First person I feel fit will get it.

It will be a basic website:
- header
- footer
- content
- gallery
- contact/about page
- simple seo etc.
-1-5 page max
