Looks like a pretty crisp and clean site. The Tag Cloud seems kinda quirky to have but it also has functionality so it's a toss up. Looks good. : )

  I like the setup and the concept of a freebie site. Only thing I would say is maybe having a border around the outside of the page would draw your eye into the products quicker and easier.
  
  Everything is so light colored my eye tends to wander instead of going product to product.

  Perhaps changing the font color of the link for each offer. For me it is a bit distracting to look at all of the links and tags being the same font color. The blue font IMO could be a little darker also.
  
  Great use of the Adsense bar at the top, integrates real well with the site.

I am with doylesoft on the Tag Cloud, I just don't think it really fits in, also have you thought about adding an RSS icon up by the Twitter Icon? Just a thought.

  - Nice opt-in form
  - Adsense is prominent but isn't a major distraction from the main content which is goodaway
  - The featured free samples scrollable bar is good
  
  Different colours to distinguish between different product categories and their links could work well.

  I agree that the tag cloud looks a little odd, and that the small graphics might benefit from a border - there is a lot of white space to dazzle the eye! Other than that, it is a very appealing site! Well done!

Nice design. I think you need to do a better job of communicating to users how the site works, what they need to do and what obligation, if any there is to receive the offers.
Another suggestion I have is to delay the opt in box pop up or incorporate it into the page design. When I loaded your site, I was immediately presented with the opt in box for your newsletter. Why would I subscribe to a newsletter for a site I haven't even had a chance to review yet? It comes across as very pushy and does not set a good tone for your customers to interact with your site.
I'd also lose the AdSense links at the top of the page.

  I like it, its clean and easy to follow. I would tone down the amount of content you have slightly, not much though. Also, the newsletter popup.....no good. More people are willing to leave your site automatically once a pop-up like that is displayed. I speak from experience, so don't expect any kind of reference on that one. all in all a superb job, grats!

I really like the site. Only thing I'd change is I'd make the float in form wait a few seconds before coming down.

I'd also take the adsense off.
