No Follow tag - How do I implement it?

I would like to stop my download page from being indexed in the search engines. This page is given out by PayPal upon payment. No other page has a link to it in my website.

Can someone show me how to imlement 'no follow' ?

    Thanks - I belive the web designer does use php.

    I will have a look at your info. Meanwhile I also found this on the google webmaster site.
    It said to put this tag in the page you do not want indexed. No idea if this is correct.
