Is there an offline viewer for wordpress so that I can edit the pages on my computer and upload to the server?

You can do this by installing a local Apache installation using XAMPP for Windows, then installing WordPress under that.

Alternatively if you have an old computer laying around install Linux (I recommend Ubuntu) on it and build yourself a development server. I have a couple of these and find them indispensable.

Yes, XAMPP for windows is great. I use it almost every day. Especially to edit a WP themes or plugin, it's really helpful.

Another vote for xampp - using it for years and it was the best thing I installed on my machine
