Looking for someone to do a landing page for an affiliate

I will be rotating 3 different affiliate links through 1 landing page. This will be for 1 product.
1 affiliate link will be used for 200 sign ups on the landing page, then the 2nd link will be used for the next 200 sign ups, then the 3rd link will be used for the next 200 sign ups. Then it will go back too using the first affiliate link.

The plan is to manually rotate the affiliate links, but automated rotating is ok too.

When someone comes to the landing page, there will be an offer to be able to download a free piece of software in exchange for their name and email address. When they submit their name and email address, they will be forwarded to the merchant's website where they can download the free software.

The landing page will only have 1 domain name. It's just the affiliate link within the landing page that needs to identify the affiliate as it forwards to the merchant page after name and email submit. And then as the affiliate link gets changed each time within the landing page, it needs to do the same thing.

Also... Can this all be done and use a wordpress blog for the landing page?

    Yes, it can be done. And yes, you can do it with WP. To be honest, all of the info you gave about the affiliate links is irrelevant unless you are looking for someone to program them to change automatically. Otherwise, you're just talking about a landing page like any other landing page. You'll just need to know how to change the link text.

    I agree with the others who have posted here, this can easily be done with WordPress and there are a few good themes available to create squeeze or landing pages.

    As for the affiliate links you had mentioned coding this manually, if so then you have your whole solution already. Otherwise this could be easily programmed, I can think of a few ways to accomplish this.
