Looking for wordpress expert

I have a website I'd like customized. I feel like im wasting time trying to figure out how to build a wordpress niche site. I've been spending so much time on creating a header, customizing the page (or at least trying to) etc etc. I'm looking for someone that can customize my site and make it easy for me to add banners affiliate products and an autoresponder optin.
