How to build before having domain name?

Thanks for taking the time in reading my newbie question. It's my first website. Almost finished.

I have a wordpress website hosted at 1and1.com. This for my personal painting business ( paintingwestpalmbeach.com ). Now I want to build another wordpress website but I don't have another domain name yet. How do I go about that?

If you can spare a minute and visit my site, what can i do for better seo.
I will put in a seo plugin.

I think the page titles should be changed from all the about stuff to different services for better seo. Right?

Anyways, any help is appreciated.

    if you undecided about it you can make subdomain or subdirectory for your site.I am doing this when I like to test my idea before I build it stand on their own domain name

    She's a good looker for your first site, bro. Kudos so far!

    Download xampp - apache friends - xampp - which will effectively allow you to host on your local server ie your own computer. You can then make all the changes and customization you need, before installing on your new domain. Have a watch of In the Woods – WordPress for Designers: Day 2 - or maybe even day 1 for further info on set-up and usage.

    I had a quick look at the site and it is clear you need to get the titles sorted for one. Also your permalinks! Will have a better look later.
