Anyone recommend any FBML tutorial sites suitable for those with basic HTML skills?

Its mainly for facebook fanpage development so static FBML & a tutorial on how to build/setup a simple app that would allow for dynamic content.

      Hey just wondering if you found any good tutorial sites? I would like to get my hands on the code for a welcome page so i can edit it to suite my needs.
