I am looking for a theme relating very closely to apartmentguide.com.

I would like it to function pretty much the same at this website. However, I don't know of anyone who can do this. Anyone have an idea?

    I'd say all can be done with the proper price

    Seriously, I can do something in the like for you indeed. The question would
    be, up to where do you want to go? What you would like to do exactly, etc.

    apartmentguide.com is a web site of tens of thousands in development cost!

    Some alternative solution could be put in place, for much much less. You
    can PM me if you want to further discuss about this and are concsious
    that you're looking at a couple thousands, more or less, in developement
    cost.
