seo website review - working on converison

Hi all
i have a seo website and it has made it to the first page of google for a competitive keyword - seo services uk - I am still working on many more keywords which are on page 2-3 and 4.

The traffic has started to increase which is great and im getting targeted traffic. The majority of my seo clients come to me as referrals but now that my site has made it to page one and is still pushing higher - im a little concerned as to the look and feel of the site.

The site is big seo techniques . com without the spaces. also found in my signature.

I am working on all the pages but have just finished the home page. Ive had a complete re-write done by a copywriter. the text on the home page is the text done by the copywriter - the other pages need to be done still.

I have added a couple of arrows to get visitor attention. I have also added a banner giving a special offer - the price will be changing on the banner to £297 as it sounds cheaper.

If possible i would love some feedback on the site - I may need a re-design altogether and this has been on my mind for the last week now. My main focus is to make sure i can capitalise on all visitors.

Im not sure if the call to action is clear enough.

some feedback on the site would be great with some suggestions as to better my chances of converting would be highly appreciated.

One of the issues that I have with the site is that the majority of the site is using many tables. When i try to change areas the whole site layout go's weird. Im used to designing with divs which i find so much easier and feel it gives a faster loadtime also.

Any advise would be great
