Looking for quality web 2.0 designer!

Hello.
I'm writing to you as a manager of small internet company from middle of Europe - Slovenia.
Our first project is launching of portal where companies can have their web site for small monthly contribution. You can look some screenshots (sorry, they are not in english language), but i identified some area to explane what's the point of portal.

We need a copy of the website design with the same building blocks.
If you have attitude then design work for you will not be too difficult. Please, if you can send yoour price bid for the creation of the first page and two sub-sites.
