Website layout help

Hi,
I am looking for a website person to help me create a homepage and a "template page" that I can populate myself. I know the layout that I want..simple header, three column layout with navigation.

Any talented people interested?

Maybe, since we can't PM each other not sure how to go about getting more information about the project, i guess here is fine until it gets moved.. i think these sort of things are suppose to go in a diff section of the forums. Template design is easy enough, what kind of compensation are you offering (shared, upfront etc..)? Are you looking for multi-page site, single page, graphics created..etc..

Sorry if I didn't post correctly. I am still figuring out how to be "appropriate". I am simply looking for somebody to take my web design and turn it into CSS or html. Nothing magical or difficult. I have used guru help in the past but I am trying to become a more involved member of the forum.
