looking for an upbeat stock music track

Im planning to make a promo flash video on my site
the actual shooting has been done , its kind of a DIY project for me .
can anyone suggest a place can i find some royalty free music that doesent come with a ton of contracts and hidden fees .
i need something simple and not too expencive .. i want to pay for it and use it and reuse it .

    I have been using Audiomicro for a while and i am happy the way it works. i have used other site to download music and i ended up catching viruses. if you don't want to mess around with your PC then try Audiomicro, where you will always find the best and good quality music and sound effects.

      Would suggest stock Music boutique the library is still a bit small but you can use and re-use the music and its all very good.
