Does anyone know of a good FAQ and/or helpdesk script available that I can integrate into one of my websites? I have seen some good ones on other websites, but I can't afford to buy one of the $300+ products right now.

Take a look around your hosting control panel and see what you can find. Php ticket and OSticket may be useful for you if you are on a limited budget. Other than free with the hosting panel there are one or two scripts out there that won't cost you an arm and a leg. |
