Salute Warriors !!!

Thanks to warriorforum.com and warriors, I started to read and learn a lot since last year here. Then my friend and I decided to start a web business. So, I came up with an idea to work on a little guinea pig, small web site, to learn all the process until my buddy finish the script-book for our major project.

Well,... welcome to the real, web world life. First I hired programmer, (I just will say; from overseas), paid him $500 jan. 21 and never heared from the guy after. OK,...I was not discouraged, I found another one and he put up web site on.

It is not finished,...yet. There is lot of things to tweak & change.

So, warrior !! programmer, designer or whatever web guru you are, give me your opinion, comments, bad news, idea, what to correct, etc. to finish this; unl0ckiph0ne101 d0t c0m 0 = o

Thank you all, Danny

First, I think that you will find that there is usually a missing gap in a lot of web designer's knowledge - they are skilled at graphics and design, but not good marketers. They are not really thinking about making money from a website. They think about making a website to make money.

Unless a website designer hangs out in the Warrior Forum, they won't lay awake at night thinking about driving traffic to website and converting that traffic to customers... they probably lay awake at night wondering how to get their CSS Divs to line up properly without using <gasp> tables...

    Anyway.

Nice looking website. Nice animation. But the real content is below the fold. Until I scrolled down, I didn't really know what your website was about. I have to scroll down to see the rest of the content. Not good.

You only have a few seconds to grab your visitors attention and make them want to see what you have to solve their problem.

I know flash is cool. But flash is just eye candy. Move the flash in the middle or get rid of it.

What are you selling? How can you help your visitor? Your website needs a benefit laced headline such as "In less than 5 minutes, free your iPhone and get the killer aps that you always wanted, guaranteed" or something like that.

The tab "Contact As" should be spelled "Contact Us".

Get rid of the color picker.

Get rid of all the other little cool buttons and things, because you want you visitor to click only two things - buy now button or the backspace button.

Move all the navigation tabs to the bottom. Don't present your visitor with options such as checking out who you are, how to contact you, or any of that.

You want your visitor to reach this landing page, get grabbed by your offer, and start reading about your cool neat solution to his/her iPhone problem...

    Hope this helps.

    Mike

    Dr Win,

I agree with mike. I had to stroll down to find the content and I was confused on what exactly you were offering. The graphics looks great the overall site does not seem to be formatted correctly. Looks like you are in the process of creating a great looking website. Just keep in mind you will need more than just a great looking site.

What is a great looking site if no one gets to view it but you. Do you have any plans on how to generate traffic to your site? There are plenty of good resources online that will help you get your site configured properly with seo included just be very careful when choosing.

This is bad bad bad bad bad
There is such a lot of things up that are COMPLETLY USELESS
Pardon me for being direct, but if you want a review this is what you're gonna get.
You can literally cut your website in half and throw it away.

You have a menu right to the top. What do you want people to do? Buy or just scroll your website? Get rid of the menu! Get rid of that flash thing.
Make a simple minisite with a salesletter. I don't even get what your site is about, just that it's something about unlocking iPhones. I don't get your sales message. What are you selling? A software that will do that? You will do that? A Book? A Link? WHAT ?!
I don't know what will happen when I click that order button. I don't even know what the price is!

You have multiple graphics ads right there (oh there's the price!) that are all over the place. It's too much stuff - a guarantee, an phone, country flags, an lock, a price tag (for which of those?)

Get more clear on what you're selling
    How you're selling it
And REMOVE EVERYTHING ELSE THAT INTERFERES WITH THE SELLING
    - that includes the menu
    - that includes the flash thing I don't really know what it does
    Signature

Be The Change You Want To See In The World

      - Lose the animation, it's wasting valuable space
      - Lose the color picker, it's wasting valuable space
      - Move call to action to top so no scrolling is necessary
      - SEO, put keyword phrase first in the title tag.
      - Lookup an SEO checklist and do extensive on-page SEO

      Good luck

I like your enthusiasm. But you really have a long way to go on the website. However, you mentioned it was a work in progress.

Your target market may already be familiar with your product and you can sometimes forego a lot of extensive sales copy. But you really should have some description that is benefit oriented. Plus there are other enhancements that may be needed but are too extensive to mention here.

Do some surfing and look at other websites that are selling products. Study them and try to figure out if these websites seem to be successful and then study why they might be successful.

You don't want to copy a website but you can copy the business model and some of the structure. Good luck.

        hello,

first i want to tell you that website is fine. But see there is always scope of improvement, such as there are lots of gap in between contents, try to make page small. Rest is fine. good work done.
